Front shell utilizes ADC-12F Die-Cast Aluminum for extreme IK10 crush resistance. Rear body uses PA66 + 30% Glass Fiber for electrical insulation and 125°C heat deformation prevention.

⚡ H59-1 Solid Brass Contacts

Machined from H59-1 Brass (≥58% Copper) with ≥20μm silver plating. CQC Lab tested to maintain a Max 36.5K temp rise under 200A continuous load.

🛡️ 0.03Ω Earthing Safety

Engineered for instant fault clearing in heavy machinery. CNAS certified 0.03Ω earthing circuit resistance ensures maximum personnel protection in mining and port environments.

🔥 850°C Glow-Wire Certified

Zero ignition risk. Internal carrier parts passed the IEC 60309-1 850°C glow-wire test with an unprecedented 0s ignition time.

💧 IP67 Submersion Rated

Utilizes EPDM aging-resistant rubber gaskets. Successfully passed 168-hour humidity chamber tests and guarantees complete dust/water ingress protection.

🔒 Electrical & Mechanical Interlock

Extended pilot pin ensures make-last/break-first sequential mating. Mechanical latch prevents accidental decoupling caused by TBM or generator vibration.
